Snow Removal Crew Member Mission:

The SR Crew Member is responsible for delivering a world-class, raving fan experience for our customers and their vendors, team members and customers by maintaining their properties through our snow and ice management services. This role is key to fulfilling the promises we make at all levels of our organization. The success of our brand and financial performance are tied to the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

·         Meet the customers’ expectations

·         Facilitate a world class customer experience through providing Raving Fan customer service

·         Submit complete & accurate records via company provided program on time, every time.

·         Essential tasks include: removal of snow and ice for vehicular and pedestrian areas, application of preventative anti-icing materials, application on deicer materials, operation sidewalk equipment (similar to riding lawn mowers) equipment inspections, documentation of work performed in company time keep software.

·         Operate all vehicles, tools and equipment involved with performance of daily tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company policies

·         Work closely with SR Crew Leader in the clearing of snow & ice walks, driveways, and parking lots for various commercial properties within the parameters established for the account

·         Distribute various de-icing solutions per established company policy (including calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, or rock salt)

·         Daily exposure to outside work and weather conditions

·         Diagnose safety issues, make recommendations, and/or take remedial action as directed by standard operating procedure or management.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

·         Strong work ethic

·         Solid written and verbal communication

·         Reliable source of transportation to jobsite/work

·         Able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task

·         1+ years’ experience in a job with similar responsibilities, subject matter preferred

·         Established track record of working well with a team and being willing to provide feedback

·         Seasonal Flexibility – Willing to work long & odd hours including nights/weekends

·         Technological literacy – fluency with and willingness to learn basic phone apps and computer programs

·         Ability to operate a truck & trailer combination safely and proficiently

·         Clean driving record – Possession of a valid Utah Driver’s License

·         Drug free

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $15-$20hour DOE
• Freckle Farm employee discount
• PTO starts accruing at the commencement of full-time employment. Can be used after 6 months of full-time employment.
• Company parties
• Oppurtunity to stay year round on our Landscape Maintenance/Construction Crew depending on performance
