As a Dutch Speaking Partner Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking partners. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience while fostering strong relationships between partners and our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to partners in Dutch across various communication platforms.
• Diagnose and resolve partner inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs.
• Document interactions and provide feedback for continual service improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance support strategies and boost partner satisfaction.
• Engage in training opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer service and relationship building.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
