Requirements

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the Food & Beverage sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly to customers.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and provide effective solutions to their issues.
