The primary duties of the Customer Service Representative position is to conduct various financial transactions under the guidelines of the Bank's policies including, but not limited to: 

  • Assist customers with service requests. Address customer questions quickly and efficiently. 
  • Receive and process all customer account transactions and loan payments. 
  • Identify customers' financial service needs and advise customers on promotional items and services that match their needs. 
  • Answer phones, route calls and inquires to appropriate staff as needed. 


A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

  • Ability to maintain multiple tasks while maintaining composure. 
  • Ability to analyze problems, identify workable solutions, and select the appropriate course of action in an unbiased manner. 
  • Advanced customer relationship skills. 
  • Strong math and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and management in a professional manner. 
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, diligence and strong organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication. 


Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
