Key Responsibilities – Service Manager:
- Oversee daily operations of the service department across Mitsubishi and Nissan franchises
- Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
- Monitor KPIs including productivity, CSI scores, and profitability
- Manage scheduling, workflow, and customer communication
- Collaborate with Parts and Sales departments to streamline service delivery
Qualifications/Requirements – Service Manager:
- Proven experience in automotive service management (franchise dealership preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Working knowledge of DMS systems and manufacturer warranty processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- ASE certifications and OEM training a plus
