Mercy Health Physicians in Springfield, Ohio has an exciting opportunity for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Springfield Primary Care team.  Join one of our community practice where you will provide the best possible medical care in a patient-centered medical home.

Duties:

• Provide personalized family practice services to established and/or new Mercy Health patients
• Help patients and families improve quality of life by addressing symptom needs and defining care goals
• Provide outpatient call coverage in a large call group or cover your own patients
• Design your day and grow your practice with great support. 
• Work with a team oriented, multidisciplinary group including advanced practicing clinicians, licensed clinical social workers, nurse care coordinators, psychologists, and other integrated providers.
