Physiatrist / Pain Medicine with High Productivity Bonus potential - EMA Puget Sound – Tacoma, WA - Now Hiring

EMA Puget Sound, a physician-founded and owned private practice, is recruiting two full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians (including Pain Medicine or Sports & Spine subspecialties). This well-established single-specialty PM&R group is based in Tacoma, Washington, and offers a supportive, collegial environment with long-term partnership potential.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient practice, no inpatient or hospital call

• Monday-Friday schedule (flexible Mon-Thurs option)

• Join a team of 7 physicians and 1 APP

• Advanced in-office technology: Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, EMG, PRP

• Typical patient panel: 60-100 per week
  
  

• Call shared only once every 6-8 weeks

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive production-based earnings (confidential during recruitment process)

• CME allowance: $3,000-$5,000 annually

• Vacation: 3-4 weeks plus holidays

Candidate Requirements:

• Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation training required

• Pain Medicine or Sports & Spine subspecialty welcome

• New graduates (2026) and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
