Envision Physician Services is looking to add to our talented team of CRNAs at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. We are seeking dedicated CRNAs who enjoy a full scope of practice and a great work environment.

Highlights of the CRNA opportunity include:

• $100K Start Date Bonus
• Friendly and collaborative Care Team with a great relationship with Administration
• Schedule of 4 10s.
• No Peds and No OB
• CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement
• No Call
• No Weekends
• Excellent retention bonus of $25k per year starting on Year 3
• 8 weeks PTO and increases with tenure and opportunities for OT if desired
• $3k Per Year CME
