pThe Repair amp; Maintenance (Ramp;M) Technician plays a critical role in Weatherford's operational excellence by performing hands-on maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of specialized oilfield equipment and tools. This position ensures all field tools meet rigorous quality and safety standards before deployment to client sites. Working within a dynamic workshop environment, the Ramp;M Technician follows detailed technical procedures throughout the entire maintenance lifecycle—from receiving and inspection to disassembly, repair, testing, and preparation for field deployment./p

liPerform comprehensive equipment maintenance including disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, inspection, painting, and reassembly/li

liOperate lifting equipment, forklifts, and cranes to safely transport tools and equipment (certification required)/li
liTroubleshoot complex equipment issues and implement effective solutions/li
liMaintain detailed documentation throughout the maintenance process/li
liAccurately log labor time in the Work Order (WO) tracking system/li
