Join our team as we set new benchmarks in the industry, ensuring that our people thrive, and our communities remain places our residents are proud to call home.nbsp;brnbsp;nbsp;/ppstrongPosition Overview:/strong/pul type="disc"liemJob Title:/em Groundskeeper/liliemSalary:/emnbsp;$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience/liliemSchedule:/em 4 days per week (28 hours per week total), with flexibility in which days you take off/liliemWoodburn Estates:/em a href="https://woodburnestatesipgliving.com/" target="_blank"https://woodburnestatesipgliving.com//abrbr/li/ulpstrongJob Description Summary/strong/ppWe are seeking a dedicated strongGroundskeepernbsp;/strongto join our team atstrongnbsp;Woodburn Estates,/strong an 82-unit manufactured housing community located instrongnbsp;Woodburn, OR.nbsp;/strongThis role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.brbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pul type="disc"liAssist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning to detect maintenance problems that require attention./liliVacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office./liliPatrols grounds daily for the removal of litter and clean entryways and stairwells, paying special attention to pool areas, areas in front of the leasing office, models, and mail areas, and report repairs needed to the Leasing Office/work order./liliHandles all chemicals, including pool chemicals (if applicable), safely and responsibly./liliPerforms trash-out duties in vacated apartments as requested. Removes all abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes.
