Adhere to HIPPA./li liCommunicates schedule changes to the team and assists with rescheduling patients./li liManages incoming mail and deliveries./li /ul p /p h3strongQualifications:/strong/h3 ul liHigh school graduate or equivalent, required./li liMedical Assistant Certification or Registration preferred./li liCPR/BLS, required./li li6 months of clinical experience, required./li li1 year in an administrative or customer service role, preferred./li liPhlebotomy and lab processing skills, preferred./li liA caring and compassionate personality/li liGreat customer and patient service/li liAbility to multitask and work under pressure/li liExcellent communication skills/li liAssist with Referrals/Progress Notes/Medical Records/Prior Authorizations for MRIs/li liAssist MDs and NPs/li /ul pemTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
