Your duties will include writing and reviewing nutritional care plans; making dietetic recommendations aligned with physicians' orders and dietary needs; and planning or modifying standard and therapeutic menus to meet medical orders, nutritional standards, and quality. In addition, you will also consult with residents to provide guidance on diet restrictions and give special instructions to staff for preparing special diet foods.
