Though he is non-verbal, he thrives when his providers bring energy and excitement to their interactions, making his day brighter through fun and connection./p pWe are looking for a DSP who is span style="font-weight: bold"patient, attentive, and medically skilled/span. This individual requires a lot of hands-on care, including span style="font-weight: bold"administering medications, safely assisting with physical movement, and responding calmly during seizures/span. He experiences pain regularly, so keeping him comfortable and supported is a key part of the role./p pHe does best with clear, simple communication and limited choices—offering one or two options at a time helps him feel secure./p pThis is a deeply span style="font-weight: bold"rewarding opportunity/span to make a real difference in someone’s daily life through compassionate care and genuine connection.
