Every day you will participate and guide teen girls in experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, hiking, fitness, and a variety of other on and off campus activities. Your experience in emergency medical care and crisis management makes you uniquely qualified to transition into the Behavioral Health Mentor role./p p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liProvide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise/li liServe as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere/li liCommunicate important observations and updates to the Shift Supervisors and Residential Managers/li liAt end of shift, document client progress notes daily/li liWith an empathetic heart encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications/li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 ul listrongAge:/strong 21+ years of age or older/li listrongEducation/strong: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required.
