Facilitate New Associate Orientation, as needed, to support the training schedule./span/p/font/span/pp style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"span style="font-family: Arial;"buspan size="5"font size="3"Skills/Requirements/font/span/u/b/span/pp style="margin: 0in 0in 10pt;"span style="font-family: Arial;" size="5"font size="3"ullispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience./font/span/lilispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)./font/span/lilispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"Demonstrated high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information./font/span/lilispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"Excellent organizational and project management
skills./font/span/lilispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"1-2 years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment, with a strong preference for experience within a Human Resources department./font/span/lilispan style="font-family: Arial;"font size="3"Exceptional attention to detail and proven
