This role is ideal for a dependable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for high-quality food preparation and customer service. The opener ensures the cafeteria is fully stocked, clean, and ready to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all resort guests./pp/ppbEssential Functions and Major Responsibilities/b:/pulliArrive on time for early morning shifts to execute all daily opening procedures, including turning on equipment, setting up serving lines, and ensuring all stations are prepared for breakfast service./liliPrepare and execute food items according to established recipes, procedures, and safe food handling practices. This includes cooking breakfast staples and preparing grab-and-go items./liliMaintain a well-stocked and organized work area throughout the shift. This involves rotating inventory, restocking supplies, and preparing the station for the next shift./liliAdhere to all health and safety regulations, including daily cleaning and sanitization of workstations, equipment, and utensils./liliProvide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience./li/ulpbSecondary Responsibilities/b:/pulliMust be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams./liliAssist with general kitchen duties, which may include dishwashing and receive deliveries./liliMaintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment./liliShovel snow/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulp/ppbSpecific Job Skills/b:/ppuLicense/Certifications/u- Idaho Food Safety Certification (training provided)/ppuTechnical/u- Cooking Skills/Basic kitchen skills/ppuPhysical Capabilities/u- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
