This includes CIP and COP processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of hygiene, working closely with the milk processing, quality, production, and sanitation teams to ensure all sanitation procedures meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. The CIP Operator must safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in strict accordance with company policies and industry safety standards./p pstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. /p ul liOperates assigned cleaning equipment and utilizes appropriate chemicals to clean and sanitize designated areas within the facility./li liPerforms thorough cleaning tasks, including washing walls, ceilings, floors, drains, piping, and various equipment throughout the processing./li liCleans the assigned equipment and tanks as part of routine sanitation procedures./li liMaintains supply levels in designated areas; refills dispensers and stocks cleaning materials as needed./li liMonitors work areas for potential safety hazards and promptly notifies leadership of any issues; takes immediate action to address hazards as directed/li liAdheres to all GMPs, safety protocols, and health regulations, including proper use of PPE/li liSupports special cleaning projects as needed and performs other related duties as assigned/li liMonitor, check, fill, and maintain CIP chemical tanks.
