They will have the ability to take pictures and complete reporting requirements with the technology provided. This position will require merchandising, and the ability to repeatedly bend and lift up to 50 pounds./p p· Location: Alpharetta, GA (within a 40-60 mile radius)/p p· This position is part time, 16 / hours a week/p p· Compensation: $20 hourly/p p· You will be responsible for selling, merchandising, gaining/maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts./p p· Ensure our clients' products are well stocked and order if product is not in stock or low./p p· Utilize technology to complete work efficiently./p p· You must be able to lift, bend/stoop for extended periods of time./p p· This is a position where you work independently, follow directions, and have excellent communication skills./p pnbsp;/p pstrongWhat You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune/strong/p p· Sell and merchandise our clients’ products in a variety of retail accounts./p p· Gain and maintain product distribution by establishing strong relationships with store teams./p p· Retail work will entail (but not limited to) ordering products, working product to shelves from new orders, etc./p p· Conduct audits in area grocery stores/p p· Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory./p p· Verify that our clients' products are accurately represented on store shelves/p p· Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently./p p· Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores/p p· Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines./p p· Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day./p p· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds./p p· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, retail environment with minimal supervision./p p· Comply with any additional guidelines established by the Store Team/p p· Attend client kickoff video calls and team check-ins as required./p pnbsp;/p pstrongWhat You Should Bring to the Table/strong/p p· High School Diploma or equivalent/p p· Reliable transportation/p p· Valid Driver License/p p· Proof of Automobile insurance/p p· Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication./p p· Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks amp; audits at local grocery retailer./p p· Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions independently/p p· Previous retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus (but not required)/p pnbsp;/p pstrongPerks/strong/p p· Paid drive time/p p· Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility/p p· Paid Time Off/p p· 1 paid volunteer day per year/p p· 401k with company match/p pnbsp;/p pstrongCome As You Are/strong/p pC.A. is committed to making our company more inclusive.
