Utilize advanced forms of welding when needed. Weld components in vertical, flat, and overhead positions/liliProvide manufacturability feedback to design engineers for weld geometries and material selection/liliPerform welding equipment qualification trials/liliTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies with a focus on continuous improvement/liliFollow safety procedures at all timesnbsp;/libr/br/bWhat we’re looking for:/bbr/liDocumented Training or Certification in most of the following: Blueprint Reading andnbsp;Fabrication, Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW),nbsp;Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Advanced Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)/lili5+ years' experience as a welder on large structural systems and tooling/liliExperience with large metallic structures and manufacturing processes related to welding/liliExperience in producing welds to pass industry standard requirements/liliExperience welding stainless steel/liliExperience using GTAW process to weld copper/libr/br/bBonus points for: /bbr/liExperience in welding for pressure vessel, aerospace, and/or nuclear applications/liliGTAW, GMAW, SMAW, Electron Beam and Laser Welding Experience/liliExperience operating mechanized or automated welding equipment/liliThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation/liliExcellent attention to detail/liliKnowledge of various forms of welding equipment and procedures/liliThe capacity to work unsupervised/liliA detailed understanding of mathematical and numerical data and calculations/liliProject and time management/libr/br/bMust-have requirements: /bbr/liAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly/liliPerform activities such as stooping, typing, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time/liliDedication to safety to mitigate industrial hazards that may include heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics/liliWillingness to travel occasionally or do required nights/weekends/on-call/libr/br/divspan style="font-size: 10px;"#LI-Onsite/span/divdivbr/divdivspan style="font-size: 16px"At CFS, we excel in fast-paced environments, driven by our values of integrity, execution, impact, and self-critique.
