Days off will be on weekdays./p p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 pWe are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:/p ul liWork proactively with shuttlers, service agents, handheld return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply/li liWelcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot/li liDirect customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable/li liAssist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits/li liCommunicate customer service issues to management/li liEnsure that hangtag information is completed correctly/li liMaintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements/li liMaintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness/li liThank member for their business/li liProvide upgraded vehicles on request/li liPerform other customer service related duties as determined by management to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers/li /ul pemEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/em/p h2Qualifications/h2 ul liMust be at least 18 years of age/li liHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required./li liMinimum of 1 year experience handling customer service functions./li liA minimum of basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products required./li liMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./li liMust have a valid driver's license/li liMust have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years/li liNo drug or alcohol related convictions (DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past 5 years/li liMust be willing and able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time/li liMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English/li liMust be willing to work at the Orlando Airport (zip code 32827)/li liMust be willing to accept the starting pay of $15.00/hour ($15.50/hour after 4pm)/li liApart from religious observation, interested candidates must be willing to work a flexible full-time (40 hour/week) EVENING shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, with days off on weekdays./li /ul
