High School Diploma or GED required.br /2. Pass a criminal background check that meets required State and Federal laws. br /3. Valid CDA preferred.br /4. Obtain maintain First Aid/CPR certification within 2 months of hire. br /5. Bilingual in English and Yuprsquo;ik preferred.br /6. Able to lift 40 pounds. br /7. Three years successful experience in early childhood or an elementary classroom and/or 3 years experience in a home visiting program required.br /8. Align with NCLB Paraprofessional Qualification requirements (48 semester hours or Associate Degree or pass State-Approved Academic Competency test).br /9. Ability to live and work in a cross-cultural, rural Alaskan environment.br /10. Confers with parents regarding preschool goals and objectives.br /2. Establishes two-way communication with community agencies and organizations that may be of assistance to parents and children.br /3. Establish, coordinate, and conducts preschool parent committee meetings.br /4. Implements curriculum, establish and maintains schedules, and coordinates activities for preschool children. br /5. Maintains and submits accurate records and reports as required.br /6. Attends meetings and training sessions as scheduled.br /7. Assists with training of preschool staff. br /8. Coordinates and administers screening of children in the preschool program. br /9. Performs other duties as assigned./span/td /tr /tbody /table
