HVAC Technician - Full-time

pstrong /strongstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liAssists with general maintenance, repairs and service of utilities/li liResponds to HVAC and refrigeration service problems; diagnoses and repairs/li liLogs any refrigeration usage including evacuation per EPA guidelines/li liPerforms repairs and maintenance, including preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment throughout Reynolds Lake Oconee/li liPerforms minor electrical work, as required/li liPerforms general plumbing work such as unstopping drains, repairing faucets, soldering and brazing/li liKeeps tools, equipment and machines clean and in safe operating order/li liMaintains a clean work area and work vehicle at all times/li liFollows all procedures for safe and efficient operation of tools, equipment and machines/li liUtilizes the computerized maintenance management system to complete work orders/li liAbides by all federal, state and company safety guidelines/li liEstablishing and maintaining good working relationships with members, employees, guests, contractors, and vendors/li /ul pstrong /strongstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liMust be currently certified in HVAC/li liMinimum two years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration and electrical/li liMust have thorough knowledge of the common methods, tools, and equipment used in HVAC installation and repairs/li liGeneral knowledge in all trades preferred-electrical, plumbing, heating, carpentry and painting with minimum 3 years of experience/li liValid GA driver’s license with a good record/li liMust be able to bend, stretch, stoop, and lift a maximum of 100 lbs/li liMust able to withstand various weather conditions/li liMust possess skills of diplomacy and tact while dealing with members, employees, guests, contactors, and vendors/li /ul
