If so, our Inbound Sales Advisor role may be the perfect fit for you!/p pstrongInbound Sales Advisor - Essential Duties Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liReceive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects./li liMake outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads./li liSell USCCA memberships and related products through both phone and chat channels./li liUnderstand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering solutions aligned with their self-defense and personal protection goals./li liCreate authentic connections while providing clear, compelling information about USCCA membership benefits./li liMaintain expert knowledge of the USCCA product suite and share relevant resources as appropriate./li liProcess product orders and memberships accurately and efficiently./li liTrack and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes./li liConsistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the Inbound Sales team./li liAssist with Member Engagement (ME) lines when needed./li liRepresent and promote organizational health, culture, and Delta Defense core values in every customer interaction./li /ul pstrongInbound Sales Advisor - Skills/Abilities/Requirements:/strong/p ul liEstablished success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to foster relationships, exceed targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences./li liDemonstrated results in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles./li liRequired to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License. Paid training is provided for all hires./li liConfident, dependable, and motivated by measurable success./li liSolid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles. /li liProven competence in utilizing various computer applications. Able to seamlessly navigate multiple systems simultaneously./li liExcellent interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication abilities. Able to quickly establish rapport with people./li liHigh level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality./li liDemonstrates the Core Values of Delta Defense, LLC./li /ul pstrongThis is a full-time 40 hour/week position, hiring for the following shifts:/strong/p ul liTuesday through Saturday 1:30pm - 10:00pm (5X8)/li liSunday through Thursday 1:30pm - 10:00pm (5X8)/li liTimes listed are the Central Time Zone/li /ul pStarting hourly wage is $20.00 per hour. This role is eligible for commission./p pNew hires must complete full-time, strongpaid/strong training which includes onboarding, products and systems, sales and service, and preparation for the Producer Property and Casualty Licensing. Required training runs Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Central for the first strong8 weeks/strong upon hire.
