This role will primarily focus on accurately and efficiently extracting, compiling, and organizing data from our HR databases and systems to support various HR initiatives and reporting needs. This is a temporary position for approximately six months with the potential for extension based on project needs. /p pStarting pay will range from $23-27 per hour based on experience./p pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liExtract data from the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other HR-related databases./li liCreate custom queries to pull specific datasets based on requested criteria./li liCompile and organize extracted data into meaningful reports, spreadsheets, or other formats, using tools like Microsoft Suite./li liEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of extracted and organized data./li liIdentify and resolve data discrepancies and errors./li liAssist with data auditing and cleansing projects to improve data quality./li liRespond to requests for employee data and information in a timely and confidential manner./li liMaintain and update HR databases and reporting systems as needed to ensure data integrity./li liCollaborate with other HR team members and departments to understand data requirements and deliver relevant information./li liMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data. /li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent required: some college coursework in Human Resources, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred./li liUnderstanding of HR concepts and data./li liProficiency in using HRIS and other HR-related software applications preferred./li liExperience with database extraction, entry, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel./li liExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling./li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./li liAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously./li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills./li liAbility to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines./li liPrior experience in a data entry, data management, or HR administration role preferred./li /ul pstrongWorking Conditions:/strong/p ul liOffice environment/li liFlexible nature to manage competing and changing priorities/li /ul pemThis job description should not be interpreted to be a complete list of all the duties, qualifications and responsibilities performed by the jobholder.  To maintain organizational flexibility, the organization has the discretion to add, drop or change at any time the duties, responsibilities and expectations of this position.
