As part of the maintenance team, this individual will primarily be responsible for light maintenance and light construction. Flexible availability is needed for Monday through Friday. The pay range for this position is $18.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience./p pstrongRequirements:/strong/p ul liSix months to two years of prior building maintenance experience, is preferred/li liGood mechanical knowledge/skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems/li liAbility to work both independently on assigned tasks with a sense of urgency/li liWillingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions/li liAbility to work with a sense of urgency/li liWillingness to adhere to all safety regulations/li liAbility to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation/li liAbility to lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation/li liWillingness to work a flexible schedule/li liA valid driver's license is required/li lispanEffective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available.
