pstrongTHE ROLE/strong/p
pThe Customer Service Associate will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with the other Customer Service Representatives, Concessions, Merchandise, and Premium Services department managers. This person is expected to be energetic, outgoing, a friendly professional that can remain calm under pressure and promote positive guest relations to maintain total guest satisfaction throughout the Stadium. The Associate must be a positive, consistent, and goal-oriented role model to other staff and guests. The customer service specialist should strive to make each guest’s experience as legendary as possible./p

liAssist Customer Service Manager with employee interactions including customer service games, newsletters, mandatory early morning breakfasts throughout the season, handing out prizes, and numerous other customer service-related activities./li
liAssist with identifying problematic issues and concerns help resolve them./li
liMaximize both employee and customer satisfaction./li
liAssist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary./li
liExcellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner/li
liAbility to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills/li
liAttentiveness Patience/li
liAbility to find the positive in any situation/li
liExcellent communication and problem-solving skills/li

pstrongEDUCATION EXPERIENCE/strong/p
ul
liAll applicants must be at least 18 years of age./li
liMust have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience/li
liHigh school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred./li
liCustomer service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management./li
liDependable and Punctual Individual/li
liHighly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude./li
liAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently./li
liExcellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail./li
liMust be flexible to work all Yankee Stadium events including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays./li
liMust be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skills are a plus./li
liAbility to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds./li
liOther duties as assigned/li
liPractice safe work habits follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training./li
