This regional role involves hauling agricultural and construction equipment between customer locations, Crown dealerships, and job sites throughout the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver with a strong work ethic, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction./ppbr//ppstrongWhat You’ll Get: Benefits amp; Perks/strong/ppbr//ppIn addition to competitive wages, Crown Power amp; Equipment offers:/pullistrongMedical, Dental, Vision/strong – 85% of employee-only premiums paid by Crown Power./lilistrongBasic Life Insurance/strong – $25,000 provided at no cost, with voluntary buy-up options./lilistrongVoluntary Benefits/strong – Critical Illness, Accident, and Short-Term Disability./lilistrongPTO/strong – Paid time off accrues bi-weekly and is available immediately./lilistrongPaid Holidays/strong./lilistrong401(k) Plan/strong – Eligible after 90 days with a strongcompany match up to 4%/strong./lilistrongEmployee Discounts/strong on products and services/li/ulpstrongWhat You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities/strong/pulliSafely operate company-owned trucks to transport agricultural and construction equipment regionally/liliLoad and unload equipment using ramps, winches, chains, and binders in accordance with DOT and safety guidelines/liliInspect trucks, trailers, and equipment before and after trips to ensure safe operation and compliance with DOT regulations/liliMaintain accurate delivery documentation, including bills of lading, inspection logs, and customer signatures/liliCommunicate effectively with dispatch, service, and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and updates/liliEnsure all equipment is properly secured and protected during transport/liliRepresent Crown Power amp; Equipment with professionalism during every customer interaction/liliAdhere to all federal, state, and local driving laws and DOT requirements/liliAssist with basic equipment movements or deliveries around the dealership lot as needed/liliMaintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned vehicle and trailer/liliReport any vehicle issues, incidents, or traffic violations promptly/liliAssist in the assembly and setup of new equipment and implements upon arrival/liliClean, detail, and prepare new and used equipment for delivery or showroom display/liliSupport service technicians with basic repairs, parts pickups/deliveries, and equipment movement/liliMaintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, including seasonal lawn care and equipment staging/liliAssist with general building upkeep and ensure the shop remains clean and orderly/liliHelp stage and prepare equipment for customer events, sales, and promotional displays/liliConsistently follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)/liliParticipate in ongoing training to stay current with equipment, safety practices, and dealership procedures/liliAssist with other duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient department operations/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongWhat We’re Looking For: Qualifications amp; Skills/strong/pulliValid Class A CDL with a clean driving record/liliDOT medical certification and understanding of current DOT regulations/liliMinimum 2 years of experience hauling equipment/liliProven ability to safely load, secure, and unload various types of equipment/liliStrong knowledge of safety protocols, tie-down procedures, and trailer operation/liliExcellent communication and customer service skills/liliAbility to work independently with minimal supervision/liliStrong time management skills and attention to detail/liliMust be able to pass drug screening and background check/liliOccasional overnight travel may be required/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliAbility to sit and drive for extended periods, including regional routes/liliCapable of climbing in and out of trucks and heavy equipment multiple times per day/liliAble to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
