This is a hybrid position that combines the responsibilities of maintaining water service equipment and delivering water products to a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a physically demanding role and who has a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service./p pstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/p ul liInstall, maintain, and repair water service equipment including water coolers, filtration systems, and other water appliances./li liPerform regular maintenance checks and service to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely./li liTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water service equipment./li liConduct water quality tests and adjust systems to meet water purity standards./li liProvide customers with instructions and advice on operating and maintaining their water systems./li liManage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring that service vehicles are stocked with necessary items./li liLoad and unload water products over 100 pounds, utilizing proper lifting techniques and adherence to safety protocols./li liDeliver water products to residential and commercial customers following a predetermined route and schedule./li liEnsure timely delivery and provide excellent customer service during each visit./li liCollect and manage payments and delivery documentation as required./li liMaintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions./li liOperate and maintain delivery vehicles, ensuring they are clean and in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues promptly./li liComply with all traffic and transportation laws./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent./li liValid driver’s license with a clean driving record./li liCandidates must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check./li liExperience in a similar role is preferred but not required./li liGood mechanical and technical skills./li liStrong organizational and time management abilities./li liExcellent communication and customer service skills./li liBasic math skills for handling transactions./li liAbility to work independently and manage one's time effectively./li /ul pstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/p ul liCapability to lift and carry objects weighing over 100 pounds repeatedly./li liAbility to perform various physical tasks, such as walking, standing, sitting, climbing in and out of the vehicle./li liBending, stooping, squatting, climbing, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, tapping, hitting, and squeezing/li liGood vision as per DOT requirements/li /ul pstrongEqual Opportunity Statement:/strong/p pCulligan by WaterCo champions an equal employment environment that values diversity and fairness for all employees.
