lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist with grant monitoring and grant expenditure tracking./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Process monthly IDEA reimbursements./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Acts as reimbursement administrator for Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) subrecipients./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Collects initial budgets and reviews for allowability within the GSRP Implementation Manual./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Coordinates periodic budget amendments of subrecipients./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Performs subrecipient monitoring./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"On boards new subrecipients with financial training./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Monitors grant documents for updated guidance related to subrecipient grant administration./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Process various monthly grant reports and invoices./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assist with preparing and entering indirect cost journal entries./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Prepare monthly grant payroll history transfers./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Prepare, distribute, obtain signatures for, and files all semi-annual time certifications./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"At year end, prepare the SEFA (Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards) to subrecipients./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Distribute, obtain signatures for, and track annual federal contracts./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assists with the eCivis subrecipient grant portal administration./span/li
lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Assists the Grants Systems Coordinator Accounting Supervisor with grants as needed./span/li

liCompletes year end audit tasks including accounts payable, due to other governments accrual reconciliations and entries, and assisting with other schedules and reports./li
liProvides backup for accounts payable accounting clerk and other areas as necessary./li
liPerforms tasks and projects as requested by Accounting Supervisor and the Director of Fiscal Services./li
