(CSI), as Lead Direct Support Professionals (LDSPs), to provide care and support for individuals with disabilities.#160;/span/spanspan style="color:#595959;"As a Lead DSP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them in various aspects of daily living, promoting independence, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment./span/span/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"strongWhat you will do as a Lead DSP:/strong/span/p pspan style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"Ultimately, the goal is to help the people you support, feel and become as independent as possible, while they live their daily lives. Among other things, you will:/span/p ul lispan style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"Support individuals in developing life skills, such as communication, self-care, and household management./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"Accompany individuals to appointments, social events, recreational activities, and other outings./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"Assist in the management of personal finances and review of documentation for the individuals in your care.
