May perform other duties as assigned./i/pullipbRefrigeration: /bspanMaintains, controls and services assigned refrigeration, air, electronic, electrical, temperature and water equipment in the plant./span ispannstalls and repairs temperature controls, thermostats, meters, temperature and pressure recorders, etc./span spanAssists in refrigeration pump outs of all refrigeration systems/span/p/lilipbKeep the Plant Running Smoothly: /bMaintain key machinery and systems like pumps, motors, conveyors, and compressors. Perform regular checks to prevent problems and keep everything running efficiently. Fix breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime and keep production moving./p/lilipbMaintain a Clean amp; Safe Facility: /bKeep the plant in top shape, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and general upkeep. Handle tasks like painting, cleaning, and grounds maintenance, including mowing and snow removal. Ensure the plant’s exterior looks as good as the inside./p/lilipbEnsure Safety amp; Compliance: /bFollow safety protocols and regulations, especially when handling hazardous materials. Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and health standards. Respond quickly in emergencies to keep everyone safe and the plant running smoothly./p/lilipbCollaborate and Learn: /bWork with maintenance and production teams to solve problems and improve performance. Participate in training to enhance your skills and stay current. Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maintenance./p/lilipbTackle Projects amp; New Installations: /bHelp install new equipment and ensure everything is set up correctly. Take on special projects to improve efficiency, safety, and plant operations./p/lilipbSupport the Team: /bOrganize tools, parts, and supplies to ensure everything is ready when needed.
