Other duties may be assigned./ppAssist residents with all aspects of home living, including but not limited to: cooking, cleaning, personal development, taking medications, recreational activities./ppEnsure resident medication needs are met by monitoring and documenting medication regimen. Bring any health issues to supervisor's attention/ppProvide excellent customer service to residents and families and maintain positive relationships and lines of communication./ppAssists residents with making monetary purchases/exchanges./ppWorks with residents in the community in order to assist residents in utilizing resources and developing natural supports./ppProvide training and guidance to residents to support reaching individual goals/ppProvide direct personal care or oversight as needed./ppbr//ppstrongSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: /strongNone/ppRequirements/ppstrongQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENS: /strongTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write notes that conform to prescribed style and format./ppbr//ppstrongMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:/strong/ppAbility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to compute percentages.nbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongREASONING ABILITY:/strong/ppAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.
