pstrongDuties Responsibilities:/strong/p

pDrive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience./p
/li
li
pEnsure all customers are satisfied. Resolve customers� questions, minimize unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations./p
/li
li
pSupport Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:/p
ul
li
pSupport store talent acquisition and talent development; including but not limited to direct recruiting, partnership with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates./p
/li
li
pBuilding strong partnership with Clinical services./p
/li
li
pPerform pre-testing as needed./p
/li
li
pAnalyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals./p
/li
li
pCommunicates effectively and builds a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources./p
/li
/ul

li
pExecute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time./p
/li
li
pEnsure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc./p
/li
li
pKeep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance./p
/li
li
pOther duties as assigned and required./p

pstrongKey Qualifications/strong/p
ul

pYou have demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment/p
/li
li
pYou have experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team/p
/li
li
pYou have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment/p
/li
li
pYou have the skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people/p
/li
