Sophomore or Junior level class standing preferred /li/ulp      Experience:/pulliNo previous experience is required/liliA results-based, goal-focused mindset with a natural curiosity, demonstrated by extracurricular involvement in clubs or community/liliLeadership and/or work experience to supplement strong student achievement/li/ulpYour Profile:/pulliExcellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills/liliEffective communication skills, both written and verbal/liliAbility to collaborate in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically data analysis tools, such as Excel/liliDemonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision/liliFlexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively/li/ulpWork Environment/pulliThis role spends approximately 50% of the time in an office environment and 50% of the time in the lab/plant environment/li/ulpPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work/pulliThis is an hourly position, M-F.
