Provides expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, fixturing, and implementation of all in-store marketing elements (signs, vignettes, endcaps, tables, first look/flash finds) that reinforce seasons/holidays and in-store promotions within their designated areas. The Zone Lead influences store Team Members to be knowledgeable about visual merchandising and visual standards while always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
