German Speaking End User Support Specialist

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking End User Support Specialist. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about customer service and have the desire to assist German-speaking clients with technical support over various communication channels.

In this capacity, you will provide high-quality assistance to our clients, resolving their inquiries and technical issues promptly. Your contribution is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring clients have a positive experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking end users, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently.
• Provide users with guidance on product features and recommend best practices.
• Document and manage support requests accurately within the customer service system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance support workflows and share best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A background in customer service or technical support is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, focusing on a positive customer experience.
• Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
