Summary
As a crew member at Baskin-Robbins, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers to our vibrant ice cream shop. Your role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, managing transactions efficiently, and contributing to a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Accurately process customer transactions using the cash register and POS system.
- Manage cash handling procedures with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with menu selections and promote special offers through upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.
- Handle food safely according to health regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
