 Crew Member – Epoxy Floors, Polished Concrete & Garage Interiors

About Us:

We are a growing company specializing in custom epoxy floors, polished concrete, and garage interior design for both residential and commercial projects. Based in Mooresville, NC, we prefer to work locally but also travel for larger commercial jobs.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring 3–4 motivated crew members to join our team. Experience with epoxy floors, polished concrete, or garage interiors is a plus — but it’s not required. What matters most is that you can listen to direction, work hard, and are willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with epoxy floor and polished concrete installations
• Help with garage interior projects (cabinets, walls, layouts, etc.)
• Work on both residential and commercial job sites
• Follow directions, safety guidelines, and project timelines
• Travel as needed for commercial projects (lodging/travel covered)

Requirements:

• Reliable and willing to show up on time
• Able to take direction and work as part of a team
• Physically capable of hands-on labor (lifting, moving, working with tools)
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
• Experience in epoxy, polished concrete, or interiors is helpful but not required
• Based near Mooresville, NC (preferred)
