We are seeking a CMA/CCMA to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handling administrative duties efficiently and accurately
- Performing routine clinical tasks and drawing labs to support our medical staff
- Communicating with insurance companies and pharmacies for prior authorizations
- Escorting patients to exam rooms, completing intake, and ensuring a welcoming experience
- Supporting smooth daily operations of the clinic
Qualifications:
- CMA/CCMA certification required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Skilled in phlebotomy (must be able to draw labs)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative during downtime
