We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Kitchen Manager to oversee all culinary operations during evening and late-night hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a sous chef, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food. This is a unique opportunity for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on our kitchen's success. All Sundays and major holidays off!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the evening kitchen team, ensuring efficient workflow, proper food preparation, and adherence to all health and safety regulations.

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock rotation to minimize waste and maintain optimal ingredient levels.

  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials in collaboration with the Head Chef, leveraging past sous chef experience to create innovative and delicious dishes.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including equipment maintenance and sanitation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a culinary leadership role, with experience as a sous chef or in a similar management position.

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and inventory management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team.

  • Ability to work late-night hours, including weekends.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
