Travel: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele

Location: Windsor, VT
Start: 9/15/2025
Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Details:

• Nights, 12 hours (36-hour guarantee)

• Every other weekend & holidays as needed

• On-call: TBD

Unit Information:

• Will float between Acute Rehab and Acute Med Surg

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4–5

• Average daily patient census: 22

• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse

Requirements:

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience (required)

• Previous travel experience (minimum 3 months, required)

• Charge RN experience (required)

• BSN preferred

• Current BLS certification

• EMR: Cerner

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients

• Participate in patient and family teaching

• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary staff and other team members

• Maintain standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
