Clinical Research Coordinator

We are actively recruiting a Clinical Research Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of hands-on experience supporting clinical trials and a strong understanding of research protocols and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of industry-sponsored drug and device trials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily operations of clinical trials in compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines
• Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry and documentation
• Utilize Epic and OnCore Clinical Trial Management System for tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with IRB submissions and regulatory documentation
• Monitor participant safety and report adverse events

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior experience with industry-sponsored clinical trials (drug/device)
• Proficiency in Epic and OnCore CTMS
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with subject recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
