Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications products, services, and billing via phone, email, and live chat in Greek.
  • Support customers with service activation, troubleshooting, and technical inquiries.
  • Assist customers in understanding their service plans and making changes as needed.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve product-related issues effectively.
  • Stay informed of the latest telecommunications trends and offerings to enhance customer support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other computer applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
