This is a true 1:1 care model with 40-minute treatment sessions, no patient overlap, and flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy in 40-minute sessions

• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR

• Educate patients and families on recovery timelines and self-management

• Engage in continuous learning and mentorship opportunities

• Participate in the development of new programs and clinical pathways

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

• Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient education abilities

• Eagerness to grow into areas like leadership, specialty rehab, or program development
