• Call Volume: Very low, with rare call backs

• Supervision: No supervision of other providers required

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified REQUIRED

• Active Oregon License REQUIRED

• DEA & CSR REQUIRED

• BLS REQUIRED

• Local candidates highly preferred

• Proof of COVID vaccination REQUIRED

• Dates Needed:

  • October: 2, 8, 10, 14, 20, 21, 24

  • November: 3, 4, 5

  • December:
