As an Electrical/RF Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing RF systems that meet demanding industry and DOD standards. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF schematic block diagrams and perform complex RF design analysis.
  • Test RF design elements and troubleshoot RF circuit issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF designs into larger systems and meet overall requirements.
  • Utilize network analysis tools to optimize RF networks and conduct RF path loss calculations.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive RF documentation, including technical specifications and schematics.
  • Ensure all designs comply with industry and DOD standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support to both customers and internal team members.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple assignments effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of RF engineering experience, specifically in SATCOM applications.
  • Strong knowledge of RF technologies, testing equipment, and procedures.
  • Proficiency with RF simulation software and a solid understanding of RF principles and theory.
  • Hands-on experience with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power meters, and current/voltage probes.
  • Familiarity with SystemView, MATLAB, Python, and PCB design software such as OrCAD, Altium Designer, KiCAD, or Proteus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit, dynamic team environment.
  • Up-to-date with the latest RF technology trends and advancements.
  • Experience with digital communication protocols, signal conversion techniques, and wireless communications in electronic warfare domains is a plus.
