Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Incontinent. Able to change his adult diapers. Weak. Skin breakdown issues. About the care needs: Does not feel need for lots of time for companionship. Does need help with shower, skin care, help dressing after shower, and take diapers out to trash. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
