Client: Female with Parkinson's - Assist w/ADL's

Shifts: 8A-8P and 8P-8A with Rotating Weekends

$19+/hour plus great benefits

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance
• Pass a state background check
• Pass a drug screening test

• Hands-on personal care (such as bathing, dressing, changing, grooming, etc)
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes
• Meal and snack preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation
