A.                BASIC FUNCTION 
 
Responsible for scheduling all initial intake appointments and running insurance eligibility for all Outpatient Appointments. Additionally, cover front desk as needed.  
 
B.        DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
  • Check Intake Email and Respond to any Messages regarding intakes
  • Schedule Intake Assessments with therapists
  • Answering incoming calls and return voicemails
  • Coordinate and schedule any Lehigh County funding intake appointments
  • Run EVS / Insurance Verification on a daily basis for upcoming appointments
  • Attend staff meetings, department meetings and complete all trainings required
  • Other Duties as assigned.
 

C.         REQUIREMENTS:
 
 

High School graduate with at least three (3) years’ experience in a professional (health care preferred) office environment.  Computer literacy required.  Valid PA driver’s license.  Successful completion of all required clearances; PA criminal background, child abuse clearance and FBI fingerprinting.
 

 

D.       PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • General office setting
  • Sitting, standing, reaching, bending for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
