Litigation Attorney - Professional Liability (Atlanta, GA)

Our client, a respected civil litigation firm with a strong regional presence and over 30 years of excellence, is seeking attorneys to join their Litigation team in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex Professional Liability matters in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Atlanta, GA
• Work Model: In-office with potential for hybrid/remote flexibility following training and team integration
• Experience Level: 4–7 years of legal practice, preferably in Professional Liability
• Bar Admission: Must be licensed in Georgia or awaiting bar exam results

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess new case files to develop strategic action plans and budgets
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing detailed reports
• Negotiate settlements, obtain necessary authority, and prepare for trial
• Maintain consistent communication with legal support teams

Preferred Background:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
